On June 20, the Indiana League of Women Voters filed a lawsuit (League of Women Voters of Indiana vs. Secretary of State Todd Rokita) in state court, alleging that the Indiana law requiring voters at the polls to show government photo-ID violates the Indiana Constitution. Read the complaint.
