Minnesota Secretary of State Mark Ritchie will have a voter information booth at this week's "Taste of Minnesota" festival, where he will kick off his "80 in '08" campaign in an effort to break voter turnout records in this year's general election. Minnesota has consistently had one of the highest turnout rates in the nation (78 percent in 2004) but Ritchie hopes this year to break the last record of 83% set in 1956.
