Across the country, the new year has marked the kickoff of the Census Bureau's coordinated nationwide and regional "Portrait of America" van tours, designed to help inform people in undercounted communities about the importance of filling out their 2010 Census form.Participants will share images and stories, explaining why the census will make a difference to their communities.
